The founder of DesignResources, Howard Mack, began his career in 1978 in the Antenna Division at Scientific-Atlanta. He spent 15 years designing antenna mounts, pedestals and positioners for Scientific-Atlanta, SatCom Technologies, Radiation Systems and M/A-Com Prodelin.

In the late 1980's he began building custom high performance PC CAD workstations. Using AutoLISP, he wrote LISP functions to automate routine AutoCAD tasks. He then began developing custom applications to automate entire design processes.

As an instructor he's conducted training classes for AutoCAD, AutoLISP, and 3D Modeling for Authorized Training Centers, Community Colleges, classes at Georgia Tech and engineering R&D departments.

Howard has used his years of experience to build DRCI into a leading source for Mechanical & Machine Design and CAD Management solutions.
